Hi, Taehyung-ah 🤗🤗🤗 How are you? I hope that things are going well for you. As I have already told you in my previous greetings, I’ve been looking into the relevant laws for organized crime, murder threat, human trafficking, romance scam, fraudulent business and fake outsourcing BPO jobs, bribery, graft & corruption (as they’re affiliated with local and national politicians and other authorities like the police, military and other legal officers), terrorism (as they got firearms and fired guns to violently harass me several times), national security (police & military abuse), international security (as I know they’re affiliated with Chinese mafias, Muslim militias, and more), and so many crimes that will put them in prison for at least 10 years! I found out that syndicate estafa or scam in itself gets a life imprisonment. And indeed, as I have always repeated against these criminal stalkers here, all of them who are pathologically mentally ill – who do not have a sense of what’s right and wrong – should be imprisoned and shouldn’t be allowed to get out of it so that they can’t harm, exploit, and sexually abuse others anymore!

 I know that disgusting Hybe, Min Hee-jin, Duterte, those decayed police and decayed handlers and whoever or whatever decayed company schemed this harassment, criminal stalking, domestic and sexual abuse in and out of my room, and violent harassment 24/7. In the Philippines, there have long been such decayed politicians and syndicates running both legal and illegal businesses here and their romance scams of luring foreign tourists with Filipinas – as what Duterte made known in the open because, indeed, this country has long been offering both “virgins” and no-virgin-bar ladies to foreigners from whom both the police, politicians, and their decayed handlers – the entire community – have profited from. There was a recent news of a foreigner from Vermont who was murdered in Mindanao when he came to that poor province to attend his wife’s graduation. Obviously, that syndicate crime in itself has to be ended and severely punished in the open! For Hybe, I figured they’ve long been into this criminal stalking not just to me but to others as well, most probably their own artists and also artists from other labels whom they have invested in. Hybe has been shamelessly sabotaging its artists in the open, cutting off from posters, eliminating marketing, delaying shipments, straightforwardly insulting in live interviews and recorded shows like Run BTS, and even monitoring and getting involved in the brand activities of the artists, policing marketing images and names because they’re not even owned by the artists themselves! All of that sabotage, that decayed Hybe is not even trying to hide it!

 Bang PD already mentioned how creating a sense of romantic relationship with fans is essential for Hybe for all of its groups and artists, and while that can fuel creative inspiration for songs and concepts, that also meant non-consensual criminal monitoring and surveillance and even worse, scheme, lies, deceit, and exploitation. That disgusting and extremely decayed Hybe will do its usual lies and deceit to evade any crime that it is guilty of and I can already see they’ll put the blame on you, because you were presented as the boyfriend. Thinking they got away from harassing you before, they think they can get away from harassing me. God is watching all of this and He knows who are the victims and who are the criminals, who are the perpetrators of this criminal stalking, domestic and sexual abuse, violent harassment, and all of the demonic acts they’ve done against me actively for over a year and a half and actually for longer than 3 years! I can only assure you that God is faithful and He does not forsake those who trust and rely on Him, the “lost sheep”, “children”, the victims who are crying to Him for help, because He is the God of justice who created every good thing and who watches all of His creation. God is in control, and all of this happens so that He can finally give the right punishment to those who have done such wickedness in His sight.

 The Philippines is a very corrupt country that hardly anyone stands by the truth; they bent the rules and twists the law, which are the ultimate consequence of systemic scheming, gossip, and all forms of corruption and deceit! Instead of people here being afraid of criminals, they’re rather afraid of the police, the politicians, and all other vessels of evil, corruption, wickedness, manipulation, exploitation, lies, and deceit, because the justice system does not function in accord to its purpose of bringing justice! Even now, these criminal stalkers still don’t understand that stalking is a punishable offense, that their domestic and sexual abuse and violent harassment are punishable offenses, that they function exactly like an organized crime and syndicate sharing or carrying out such illegal info, transport, transactions that they can’t even do in the open, and they all even make me out as crazy, calling me “boang (crazy)” all the time! I don’t know about the laws in other nations, but freedom is a democratic right and a Christian salvation, and that is exactly the very basis of their offenses against me! They’re guilty of such worldly prosecution and eternal condemnation!

 This decayed Hybe and even more decayed Philippine businessmen and politicians have already made such disgusting deceit and mockery with Compose Coffee, with the Philippines’ Jollibee acquiring it, and I’ve long suspected that SimInvest has been reached out to by Hybe to do such scheme because whenever I say I don’t have a job which those decayed criminal stalkers sabotage – from making such utterly disgusting fake/fraudulent jobs and companies asking me to write a shaving article for a writing test, press release for criminal stalking data to be displayed to selected stakeholders, AI writing (which I abhor), interview with a Muslim migration law firm (which I abhor), and so many other fraudulent jobs and companies. Those Catholic priests, Bo Sanchez, and even Jentezen preached about not being picky about a job because if “I won’t work, I won’t I eat”, which is good in itself only if it weren’t a fraudulent scam job that harms others and that depreciates my moral and spiritual health. I now figure out they’re the same fake/fraudulent BPO companies that employed these criminal stalkers who were following me everywhere and domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7 and violently harassing me!

 I looked into romance scams laws but I found out there weren’t existing laws in the Philippines about it yet, so I can just look into relevant laws for scams, swindling, estafas, and other deceits, but I know that there will come a time when there will be a specific law allotted for romance scams in the Philippines. This has already happened several times here since a very long time ago, and although those foreigners whom they have scammed and victimized may not be very full-on religious and devoted to God, I know they have uttered in their hearts a simple yet sincere prayer for justice. God is a good and faithful God who shows no partiality, and He takes care of the “Gentiles” (those who aren’t Jews) in the same way as He does for the Jews, bringing forth rain on both the good and the wicked, but He is a righteous God who is pleased with righteousness and who is faithful in giving them blessing and justice! And I know God has heard their prayers, alongside ours, and His allotted time for fulfilling those prayers has come! All the abuses and crimes that these criminal stalkers and scammers did in hiding will be severely punished in the open! Glory to God!

 “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” - Proverbs 9:10. The basis of Mosaic (Moses’) Law – the commandments – is to love God and fear Him so there shall be no evil in the land, which bring forth blessings and curse. It’s a reminder to choose life and blessings, and there can’t be any corruption in that – fading the line between what is right and what is wrong, which the Philippine judiciary system and politics are infamous for! This is now the time to utterly destroy that corruption and righteousness will reign sovereign and justice will become the belt of this land. They don’t even mind having the same demonic mocking dark spirit as those decayed Muslims who honor nothing but terrorism, exploitation, deceit, and stealing! Glorious God, Him who is full of wisdom, can’t be bribed, bought, nor sold, and He will come swiftly to severely punish all of them, utterly destroy them, and blot them out from heaven, all of them who put money over God!

 When I was making an outline of the previous laws – so far, I have covered anti-stalking and anti-human trafficking laws – these criminal stalkers have been mocking me “da (suits you)”, “boang (crazy)”, “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, “mao ba? (is that so?)”, “layo ra (so far)”, and many others, convinced that they won’t be imprisoned and that they’re twisting the laws and put the blame of their crimes on others, particularly on you whom they have tremendously scammed! Anti-human trafficking laws penalize the employers who “force”, “pressure”, or “intimidate” their employees to do a criminal job. Firstly, for that, obviously, these decayed criminal stalkers aren’t forced and they’re even feasting with such huge funding they get and the access they have on the cameras and mic they illegally installed in all the rooms I rented before as well as these houses (my sister’s and my mother’s) here in Bogo. Secondly, they’re the ones abusing their access, domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7 and violently harassing me whether I’m inside my room or when I go out, taking out my right to privacy and civil freedom! these criminal stalkers, both these decayed cult fraud Living Way Ministries and those decayed brainless uneducated exploitative opportunistic low-life relatives were consecutively mocking “da (suits you)” and “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, thinking that rather than them who will be imprisoned, it will be you and others who employ them! They have used God as a capital for their involvement in this huge scam and criminal stalking and they have chosen to harm me just so they could get a lucrative livelihood, and just like all these utterly decayed relatives and criminal stalkers who all used me as a tool, capital and collateral for their lucrative romance scam!

 Even last night (I wrote this in December 9, 2024, and the recording was in the eve to dawn of Dec 8-9), I wasn't able to go to sleep, rolling, tossing, and turning around for more than 2 hours because these decayed criminal stalkers have been domestically and sexually abusing me, just like what they always do! Since criminal stalkers are from the houses of those decayed exploitative opportunistic relatives as well as this piggery, which they’ve rented, their voices can’t be fully captured in the recordings. They’ll easily make me out as crazy and weirdo who’s just talking by myself, but I was calling them out once I uttered a word after a moment of silence, because seconds before uttering and making a counter-argument, they were calling me “boang (crazy)”, “da (suits you)”, “luoy pud (poor and pitiful)”, “mao ba? (is that so?)”, “layo ra (so far)”, and so many mocking harassments! Let’s see who’s boang when all of you, domestic and sexual abusers, violent harassers, criminal stalkers, are already put in prison, because all the abuses and crimes you did in hiding will be severely punished in the open!  The Philippines has long been known as an extremely corrupt country with barely no functional justice system – nor virtually any functional other system! Because of this systemic corruption here, people easily scheme and deceive others not fearing God, thinking He does not see all of this, and since they’ve been doing this for a long time, that they can evade the law and not be imprisoned! I found out, or got an idea, of who they are every passing day – like thinking these decayed Muslims who got special privilege to criminally stalk me and domestically and sexually abuse me could actually be the heads of this cult fraud Living Way Ministries, Harvin (Dada) and Cleofe (Mami). If I have come to know this, which they already know, how much more is God who is seeing all of this? Let's see if they won't be imprisoned since all of these criminal stalkers who were running after me, the front-liners, and the main perpetrators, the closest in domestically and sexually abusing and violently harassing me actively for over a year and a half, and actually for longer than 3 years, are the ones whom I hated the most than any other members of this criminal stalker network. God has seen this and all the decayed things that all of these criminal stalkers have been doing against me for over 3 years already, and increasingly for over a year and a half! When I prayed that all of these criminal stalkers be removed, but they’re still here, I realized that it’s because God intended for them to be properly, severely, punished for all the severe abuses and harassment they all did and schemed against me since a very long time ago! God is the God of Righteousness, of Justice, of Faith, and of all that is good, and He can’t be corrupted, nor His ways be corrupted. A Brief Look at Relevant Laws – Romance Scam, Swindling, Estafa Part I

Victims of online love scams can report the crime to the Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) or the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cybercrime Division.

 This prostitute cult fraud said “da (suits you)” because they have those decayed police criminal stalkers on their criminal stalking, and they’re even the ones firing guns on me since August Hippodromo. As I was typing this, those decayed police criminal stalkers fired what seemed to be a gun again that got the dogs barking loudly there! This decayed cult, Muslim, his own decayed siblings and/or other decayed criminal stalkers who were given special privilege to stalk me and harass me closely in Algie’s piggery joined in and loudly mocked me “luoy pud (ah, so poor and pitiful)” while

Applicable Laws on Scams

• The Revised Penal Code (RPC)
• Estafa (Article 315): Estafa is committed when a person defrauds another through false pretenses, fraudulent acts, or abuse of confidence. Examples include issuing bouncing checks, failing to deliver goods paid for, or misrepresenting one's identity to secure a transaction. Estafa is punishable by imprisonment and/or fines.
• Swindling (Article 316): Similar to estafa, swindling covers specific fraudulent schemes, such as selling encumbered properties without informing the buyer.
• Other Deceits (Article 318): Covers less common frauds, including schemes not specifically classified under estafa or swindling.

• For scams involving foreign elements, international cooperation and extradition treaties may be invoked.
• 3. Enforcement of Judgments
• Even if a favorable judgment is obtained, enforcing it may be difficult if the scammer has no assets or has fled the jurisdiction.

Any person or persons who shall commit estafa or other forms of swindling as defined in Article 315 and 316 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, shall be punished by life imprisonment to death if the swindling (estafa) is committed by a syndicate consisting of five or more persons formed with the intention of carrying out the unlawful or illegal act, transaction, enterprise or scheme, and the defraudation results in the misappropriation of money contributed by stockholders, or members of rural banks, cooperative, "samahang nayon(s)", or farmers association, or of funds solicited by corporations/associations from the general public.
• When not committed by a syndicate as above defined, the penalty imposable shall be reclusion temporal to reclusion perpetua if the amount of the fraud exceeds 100,000 pesos.
• Section 2. This decree shall take effect immediately.
• Atty (Nicolas and De Vega Law Office’s blog) note: The penalty for syndicated estafa under PD No. 1689 is significantly heavier than that of simple estafa under Article 315 of the RPC. The penalty imposable for simple estafa follows the schedule under Article 315, as amended by Republic Act No. 10951, and is basically dependent on the value of the damage or prejudice caused by the perpetrator. Syndicated estafa, however, is punishable by life imprisonment to death regardless of the value of the damage or prejudiced caused.
