Hi, Taehyung-ah đ¤đ¤đ¤ How are you? I hope that things are going well for you. Hereâs another continuation of the laws I reviewed on stalking, organized crime, murder threat, human trafficking, romance scam, fraudulent business and fake outsourcing BPO jobs, bribery, graft & corruption, terrorism, military and police abuse, and so many crimes that will put them in prison for at least 10 years! I have already made brief reviews on Anti-Stalking Laws, Anti-Human Trafficking Laws, and a Preview of Romance Scams, and in this greetings post, Iâm reviewing Estafa, Cyberestafa, Swindling and other deceits, Frauds, and Bribery, which are related laws on this huge criminal stalker networkâs lucrative romance scam. I have outlined this alongside the laws that will prosecute Military and Police corruption â but I found Crimes Against National Security and Other Related Crimes from the Revised Penal Code â which I put on a separate greetings post.
As I have already mentioned in my previous letters, these decayed criminal stalkers who have been doing all these abuses and crimes for more than 3 years already, have to be prosecuted. Theyâve been mocking me âmao ba? (oh, is that so?)â, âluoy (poor and pitiful)â, âuwaw (shameful)â, âgahi (rock-solid)â and âboang na gyud (already very crazy)â even while I was typing this, just like what theyâve been doing while I was underlining the laws I reviewed.
As expected, these decayed criminal stalkers who have long been living in exploitation, deceit, scheming, lies, and many forms of corruption and wickedness are twisting this and have been watching my notes to file another legal case to rather imprison me and you, and their employers, be it Hybe or anyone else. Because of their utter harassment towards me since a long time ago and the same timeline of sabotage we get, Iâve been suspecting itâs Hybe, or Min Hee-jin, or any other local politician and police whoâs giving them those harassing scripts. But now that Iâve been making outline of the laws, these criminal stalkers, particularly active about anti-human trafficking, have also been actively commenting ânindota (so nice)â, finding a way to shift the blame and have others be prosecuted about their criminal stalking and their domestic and sexual abuse towards me be it inside my room or outside. Their decayed local handlers have been putting safety measure to cover up their crimes, and since theyâre already watching me, theyâre also using it as spying to turn the table on me and have me and you prosecuted. Even now, theyâre consecutively mocking me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â.
They have already made references to prosecuting me under libel and repeatedly saying âdaug na (victory)â and âluoy (poor and pitiful)â, for posting about those criminal stalkers whom I knew as the cult fraud Living Way Ministries and these decayed exploitative relatives as well as my posts about those decayed police in Hippodromo who mocked and followed me to TreeWoods Residences, Visayas Army Training Philippine Army and Camp Lapu-lapu, and others that were written in my posts and captured in my recordings. Theyâre so persistent about having an evidence of the crime, just like that TreeWoods Residences manager, who said that I didnât have any evidence of their âboang (crazy)â, âuwaw (shameful)â, etc., whereas thereâs a clear evidence that I was accusing them and that even he was a witness, putting it as âif thereâs no evidence, thereâs no crimeâ! That day, I started recording those criminal stalkers in TreeWoods. I have already taken photos of those criminal stalkers who were following me whenever I go out and because the UP professors were making allusions about it, I decided to delete them, but when those criminal stalkers increased their allusions even more, I took photos of them and already got an idea of keeping them in case these criminal stalkers werenât removed as I demanded and we go to court. Donât delete anything related to these criminal stalkers as I know how corrupt and lying Filipinos are and theyâll turn the table in utter corruption, exploitation, mockery and wickedness. Many of these people are black hole who shouldnât be helped in any way because, like beggars who are part of a syndicate, theyâre on a pretense to exploit more and even harm their benefactors! Remember, I never asked even for a single coin, while all of these criminal stalkers, particularly this prostitute decayed mentally retarded pathologically mentally ill female criminal stalker in this piggery who kept mocking me since earlier and mocked me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â and âmao ba? (is that so?)â again just now, have utterly exploited and tremendously gained a lot from this lucrative romance scam where they used me as a tool and a capital! They used God and goodness as a capital in this criminal stalking, and He is their enemy first before they became my enemies! They all act as if God is not watching all of this, and theyâre even planning an even more evil scheme to evade the punishment of their crimes!
No matter how much they twist the truth, it doesnât change the fact that theyâre criminal stalkers and that theyâve been domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, harassing my every move and that I canât even type a single sentence without them mocking me, just like what these decayed criminal stalkers in piggery and in Rizal or Razelâs household are doing right now! That decayed cult fraud whom I also think to be a decayed NBI detective has been repeatedly mocking me âmao ba? Theyâre trying to evade the domestically and sexually abusing me, thinking theyâre not inside the house or the room, even though theyâve been doing such loud mockery and harassment â loudly calling me âboang (crazy)â and laughing at my every move â towards me through their criminal stalking access, and theyâre turning the table on the members of my family instead! These cult BPO criminal stalkers have been loudly mocking me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â again!
These decayed criminal stalkers have been shouting â the cult fraud BPO criminal stalker in piggery mocking âda (suits you)â and âluoy (poor and pitiful)â and the cult fraud BPO criminal stalkers in Janiceâ or Mary Janeâs household mocking âdaug na (victory)â when I was looking into laws about police and military abuses, with that decayed and lustful police in Hippodromo harassing me every day as a criminal stalker together with those drug addicts, and he even transferred to the Visayas Army Training Philippine Army and did the same decayed criminal stalking singing sex tune on a megaphone while training in utter mockery while I was talking and typing about finally becoming aware of that he was in the Army Training beside TreeWoods Residences, and these decayed police followed me here in Bogo, with their paid lackeys doing the same pattern of harassment they did in Hippodromo such as playing Banyo Queen disco, firing guns, now masking as huge arm-length firecrackers, singing karaoke, and paying decayed criminal stalkers here to do such violent harassments.
Theyâve been calling me âboang (crazy)â ever since, more frequently in Hippodromo, TreeWoods Residences, and here in Bogo, and I know theyâd gaslight me and even make me out as crazy so my testimonies wonât be credited! Theyâve already been doing that in so many instances when I make complaints to the landlady or the manager. They have already twisted the truth in TreeWoods Residences with those minor and lesbian complaints when they wanted to call the police on me for harassment when they knew theyâre the ones harassing me thoroughly â calling me those same mockery âboangâ, âuwawâ, âewwâ, and many others while I was writing my posts and doing my research that I couldnât even type a single sentence without them mocking me, going on twitter, organizing my website blog posts, writing posts, reading the Bible, it voting, streaming, surfing the internet (I still remember that Angelina Jolie article when I just woke up), praying, singing songs of praise and worship, sleeping, taking a bath (which those decayed lustful and prostitute police from Hippodromo who moved to the Visayas Army Training Philippine Army building next to TreeWoods Residences joined in sexually abusing me whenever I was taking a bath and even peeing!), putting me in domestic and sexual abuse 24/7 and violent harassment of firing guns.
These decayed criminal stalkers have already made me out as crazy, with them calling me âboang (crazy)â all the time, even now, and taking away my sense of right or wrong â this decayed prostitute criminal stalker cult or NBI in piggery who got a disgusting special privilege to criminally stalk me in close proximity just mocked me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â and the decayed male mocked me ânindota uy (so nice)â as well as those decayed cult, BPO, NBI or lawyer criminal stalkers in Janice, Mary Jane, Luzâ household â so they could put me in prison or mental hospital instead! Those cult fraud Living Way Ministries as well as my family had been referring to the âvoices [of these criminal stalkers]â as âdemonsâ and these criminal stalkers who were following me all the time back then and now have just been laughing out loud every time because theyâre the ones harassing me, domestically and sexually abusing me all the time! For instance, these decayed criminal stalkers in piggery were thoroughly mocking me âboang (crazy)â and other mockery that I went out and demanded them to get out of Algieâs piggery because of the close proximity of their voices that would come out from a close place, and the closest is the piggery. I had been calling them out âpahawa satanas, in Jesusâ name (depart from me satan, in Jesusâ name)â and my family came out and chastising me saying how I know my âconditionâ and whether theyâre protecting those decayed criminal stalkers cult or NBI or lawyers in the piggery, God knows it and these criminal stalkers know it and all of them will have to answer it both to God and to the court. When I went to Yolanda to look for the source and gather evidence of the same pattern of harassment I got from Hippodromo police rented apartment, such as the disco loudspeaker where they played âBanyo Queenâ as well as the loud firecrackers, my family followed me and it turned out to be me making a scene that others have to understand because of my âconditionâ.
These criminal stalkers have been laughing out loud, and while I was saying how in their low IQ, their low IQ harassments are already right in their eyes and how they donât have a sense of whatâs right or wrong as pathologically mentally ill people who have to be imprisoned since a long time ago so they couldnât have harmed me or anyone else, theyâve been mocking me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â to use it as a case against me instead and imprison me or finally put me in a mental hospital, eliminating the threat of them being imprisoned for all the abuses and crimes they all did as criminal stalkers!
Like always, theyâve been shouting or making loud audible mockery against me even if theyâre in different houses â or rooms â and in other civil situations, I could have file a barangay (community) complaint against them but because they got access to the cameras and mic they illegally installed in the rooms I rented in as well as access to my devices, and there are so many of them surrounding me and I know theyâre a decayed criminal stalker network whoâs been following me and harassing me everywhere, inside or outside of my room, they all should get a higher punishment, to be imprisoned and severely punished in the open as God wills!
Theyâve been harassing me not only inside my room but also when I go out â coffee shops, public buses (there were already several occasions when the public bus I rode were full of those fake BPO criminal stalkers who were repeatedly mocking me with those exact same very familiar expressions above, obviously because theyâre part of this criminal stalking network and many of them were on a shifting schedule criminally stalking me in close proximity, and in one of those occasions, when those decayed male criminal stalkers were mocking me with those same expressions, I looked around and saw at least 2 men sitting beside me and in close proximity from whom those voices likely came from and they also wore the exact same headsets! Those decayed criminal stalkers were harassing me everywhere, whenever wherever whatever way possible for them!), Korean restaurant, McDo, grocery, pathways, etc.
The day after I started posting reviews of anti-stalking, anti-human trafficking, and other laws related to imprison these criminal stalkers, Iâve been getting numerous calls to pay my bank debt. Theyâve also been very excited with national security laws and other sections of anti-trafficking laws that will turn the table, shift the blame and imprison their employers. Iâve just called out that decayed cult BPO criminal stalker in the piggery who repeatedly mocked me earlier when I started making an outline of this section. Other cult fraud BPO criminal stalkers and these decayed relatives and the criminal stalkers renting their houses, both male and female, were coming up together against me and calling me âboang (crazy)â, âmao ba? (is that so?)â, âluoy pud (poor and pitiful)â, âlahi ra (very different)â, âgrabi (fierce)â, and many others.
Iâve seen a SimInvest post again and Iâm very worried that another huge scam has been made just like when those criminal stalkers used me as bait to get another successful scam while they mocked me with fake and harassing writing tests before, such as making me write an article for shaving when I shaved that day back in Hippodromo in August, press release for a feature to show stalking (security) data to stakeholders back in Zimmerholdings in September-October 2023 (one of the clients of Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc. or Satellite Office â they got similar logo), and recently protect Muslims migration law firm for Emapta back in TreeWoods Residences in October 2024, with those Japanese ESL companies NativeCamp, Bizmates, and Rarejob, and 51talk, that Cloudstaff Philippines, Inc., Booths and Partners, Inc., Coins U Trust, as well as those whom I applied to and either interviewed, gave me a writing test, but got a separate SimInvest post: SVC (Select Voice), Go-VA, Accenture (the company of those criminal stalker roommates in Sybu Dorm), KMC Solutions, KDCI, Outsourced Doers, A Better Florist, Diversify, and many others.
These decayed criminal stalkers have been mocking me âdaug na (victory)â and âluoy pud (poor and pitiful)â as I was typing the previous paragraph because theyâve long been planning to shift the blame again so they wonât be imprisoned but to imprison you, Hybe, and those who were funding what could have been a security job but they turned into criminal stalking! Even now, theyâre mocking me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â and ânindota uy (so nice)â. My sister, whose boyfriend is a police officer, repeatedly asked me what I wanted to happen to these criminal stalkers and said that I wanted all of them to be imprisoned, but she rather retorted how it should be my âboyfriendâ to be imprisoned for employing them. These fraud are supposed to guard me, especially when I was just by myself and alone in Cebu because I had a huge fight with my family that prompted me to move and actually vowed to never return here again, but look at all those criminals abusing their access to the camera and mic they illegally installed in the rooms I stayed in and mocked and harassed me and who couldnât even keep quiet as theyâre staying next to me, increasing over the months the more I complained about them, reaching their peak in Hippodromo, TreeWoods Residences (in terms of frequency and utter harassment from all sides, the worst of all harassment I experienced was in TreeWoods!), and here in Bogo, where they mocked my every move, controlling my behavior, domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, whether I get dressed, take a bath, eat, sleep, browse the net and social media, pray, read the Bible, sing songs of praise and worship, and more! Even now, this utterly decayed female criminal stalker in the piggery mocked me âewwâ and laughed loudly while the other male criminal stalker mocked ânindota uy (so nice)â and another utterly decayed criminal stalker in Rizal/Razelâs house mocked me âmao ba? (is that so?)â!
Those decayed local handlers together with the decayed BPO criminal stalkers have been harassing me, mocking me as theyâre next to the rooms I stayed in, next building, and next houses, domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, even when I go out! Look at what happens when such severely unqualified disgusting decayed people are assigned to guard and theyâre âboang (crazy)â who donât have a sense of whatâs right and wrong and who couldnât do their job right, properly, and professionally? These criminal stalkers in the piggery, in Rizal-Jomar or Razel and in Mary Janeâs houses are very confident they wouldnât be imprisoned, repeatedly mocking me âmao ba? (is that so?)â as if they are law enforcers, NBI, or police themselves so they were laughing when I was making an outline and that this criminal stalking has to be reported to the police, NBI, city council or anything related. Itâs this kind of utterly corrupt, wicked, gossiping, mocking, extremely stupid, and exploitative society thatâs here. This is why I get all the harassment Iâve been experiencing all these years, and theyâve been doing this for more than 3 years already with these decayed exploitative opportunistic relatives criminally stalking me since 2021!
Since two days ago, I already suspected these criminal stalkers here in piggery to be lawyers or law enforcers, thinking theyâre those Muslims in Hippodromo, and then as cult fraud Living Way Ministries criminal stalkers. Since yesterday, I certainly thought theyâre police or NBI, and that my sisterâs boyfriend is involved, and he could be in the piggery or in Rizal/Razelâs household, especially that theyâre firing guns, loaded or unloaded, when I was reading a blog post on the recent volcano eruption in Negros where he grew up. I also suspected my other sister of taking a photo of my blog and Weverse, but I want to trust my family in this. These criminal stalkers have been mocking me âluoy (poor and pitiful)â whenever my family got involved, but I now think thatâs because theyâre mocking me that itâs rather me and you to get imprisoned, rather than them and all their criminal stalkers comrades as well as that Hybe-handler together with those local handlers who have been making the script of harassing me everywhere I go, including the criminal stalkers who were making me out as crazy since TreeWoods Residences and here in Bogo!
Iâve long posted about these criminal stalkers on my personal twitter account and this prompted these decayed criminal stalkers, law enforcers, and police officers here to conduct an investigation on me, showing theyâre stalking me and knew I was in TreeWoods Residences even when I did not tell anyone about this â though I figured itâs because of the photos of the skyline I posted â and how those decayed police in Hippodromo moved in that Visayas Army Training Philippine Army and mocked me in their usual brainless decayed way, singing sex tune on a megaphone, while those decayed criminal stalkers who were cult fraud Living Way Ministries and these decayed NBI or police domestically and sexually abused me 24/7 mocking my every move, calling me âboang (crazy)â, âuwaw (shameful)â, and so many others and harassing me even more when they did not hear my complaint but rather accused me of harassment instead when they knew fully well all the abuses and crimes they did to me! These disgusting decayed abusive people who have long lived in lies, deceit, scheming, manipulation, exploitation, and all corruption and wickedness, for which reason theyâre so convinced they wouldnât be imprisoned despite doing all of these harassments, domestic and sexual abuse on me 24/7 even until now (just now, this decayed female criminal stalker called me âboang (crazy)â), will do even bigger lies and crimes!
God sees all of this and He is the one to put an end to all of their abuses and crimes! He knows all the suffering I got from all of them, especially from the hands of these decayed criminal stalkers from TreeWoods Residences and here in Bogo, for which reason God made heavenly movements for me because they were domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7 and they threatened me, firing guns on me and increasingly mocking me âboangâ, âgahiâ, âgrabiâ, and so many others wherever I go!
Even now, those decayed criminal stalkers who are decayed police officers were violently harassing me again, firing guns from Cha-Cha-Janiceâs household, in the public buses (Ceres) I rode back to Bogo, they were following me, as well as those decayed police-in-training mocking me as theyâre getting a separate bus full of them and that was next to me! When I just came to Bogo, there were already a lot of gun fire from Minguezâ direction and that moved to Joseâs direction a few days after and then to Toto, barangay captainâs, direction in another few days! Theyâre all calling and making me out as âboang (crazy)â ever since, and thoroughly mocking me âboang (crazy)â and âluoy pud (poor and pitiful)â even now, particularly that decayed female criminal stalker in piggery and that decayed female criminal stalker in Mary Janeâs household! They did all these abuses and crimes and they should just be imprisoned and removed from whatever position they obviously donât qualify nor deserve! Letâs see whoâs boang when theyâre already imprisoned, especially this decayed-brain-decayed-morals-decayed-genitals female criminal stalker in piggery who has long been mocking me just like that decayed woman whom I thought was the lesbian in TreeWoods Residences before!
When all of this is accomplished, all glory and honor belong to God alone! Heâs a mighty, righteous, holy, wonderful, just, faithful God, and He makes all things fall into place! Donât stop praying, Taehyung-ah, and letâs even more thank God because He has long granted our prayers. Even when we donât see it now, all of these decayed exploitative opportunistic, lying, deceiving, harassing criminal stalkers will finally be ended and severely punished in the open! Glory to God! - Estafa, derived from the Spanish word âestafarâ which means to swindle or defraud, is a criminal offense under Philippine law
- It refers to any act of deceit or fraudulent conduct that leads to the deprivation of someoneâs property or the use of falsified documents with the intent to defraud. Estafa can be committed through various means, such as false pretenses, fraudulent misrepresentation, or abuse of confidence.
- âCriminal fraud resulting to damage capable of pecuniary estimation is punished under Article 315 of the RPC. In general, the elements of estafa are: (1) that the accused defrauded another (a) by abuse of confidence, or (b) by means of deceit; and (2) that damage or prejudice capable of pecuniary estimation is caused to the offended party or third person. Invariably, unlawful abuse of confidence or deceit is the essence of estafa.â
- The legal implications of estafa are severe. According to the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines, individuals found guilty of estafa can face imprisonment ranging from six months to twenty years
- Most common types of estafa in the Philippines: investment schemes, online scams, romance scams, job scams (criminal stalking, fraudulent BPO jobs), lottery or prize scams
- Done through the use of information and communication technology (ICT) â social media, untrusted but unsuspecting websites, phishing, hacking, or other similar tactics
- Prosecuted under RA 10175, in addition to being prosecuted under RPC
- This time, the penalty to be imposed is one degree higher than what is provided under the RPC
- Section 6: All crimes defined and penalized by the Revised Penal Code, as amended, and special laws, if committed by, through and with the use of information and communications technologies shall be covered by the relevant provisions of this Act: Provided, That the penalty to be imposed shall be one (1) degree higher than that provided for by the Revised Penal Code, as amended, and special laws, as the case may be.

- Any person who shall defraud another by means of false pretenses or fraudulent acts as defined in paragraph 2(d) hereof shall be punished by:
- The penalty of reclusion temporal in its maximum period, if the amount of fraud is over Four million four hundred thousand pesos (P4,400,000) but does not exceed Eight million eight hundred thousand pesos (P8,800,000). If the amount exceeds the latter, the penalty shall be reclusion perpetua.
- The penalty of reclusion temporal in its minimum and medium periods, if the amount of the fraud is over Two million four hundred thousand pesos (P2,400,000) but does not exceed Four million four hundred thousand pesos (P4,400,000).

- Online Selling Scams: Fraudulent sellers fail to deliver goods or deliver counterfeit products.
- Legal violation: Estafa under Article 315 of the RPC.
- Cybercrime violation: Online fraud under RA 10175.

Article 315 of ACT No. 3815 (December 8, 1930) - AN ACT REVISING THE PENAL CODE AND OTHER PENAL LAWS
Revised Penal Code
Swindling and Other Deceits
- The penalty of prision correccional in its maximum period to prision mayor in its minimum period, if the amount of the fraud is over 12,000 pesos but does not exceed 22,000 pesos, and if such amount exceeds the latter sum, the penalty provided in this paragraph shall be imposed in its maximum period, adding one year for each additional 10,000 pesos; but the total penalty which may be imposed shall not exceed twenty years. In such cases, and in connection with the accessory penalties which may be imposed under the provisions of this Code, the penalty shall be termed prision mayor or reclusion temporal, as the case may be.
- By arresto mayor in its maximum period, if such amount does not exceed 200 pesos, provided that in the four cases mentioned, the fraud be committed by any of the following means:
- With unfaithfulness or abuse of confidence, namely:
- (a) By altering the substance, quantity, or quality or anything of value which the offender shall deliver by virtue of an obligation to do so, even though such obligation be based on an immoral or illegal consideration.
- (b) By misappropriating or converting, to the prejudice of another, money, goods, or any other personal property received by the offender in trust or on commission, or for administration, or under any other obligation involving the duty to make delivery of or to return the same, even though such obligation be totally or partially guaranteed by a bond; or by denying having received such money, goods, or other property.
- (c) By taking undue advantage of the signature of the offended party in blank, and by writing any document above such signature in blank, to the prejudice of the offended party or of any third person.
- Other notes: Abuse of trust and confidence/Obvious Ungratefulness
- In reference with Criminal Law Book One of Justice Luis B. Reyes, the requisites are
- That the offended party had trusted the offender
- That the offender abused such trust by committing a crime against the offended party;
- That the abuse of confidence facilitated the commission of the crime
- Personal trust exists when the offender is a relative, friend, or household member. In situations involving business trust or the performance of oneâs duty, it was this duty that allowed the offender to commit the illegal act
- By means of any of the following false pretenses or fraudulent acts executed prior to or simultaneously with the commission of the fraud:
- By using fictitious name, or falsely pretending to possess power, influence, qualifications, property, credit, agency, business or imaginary transactions, or by means of other similar deceits.
- By altering the quality, fineness or weight of anything pertaining to his art or business.
- By pretending to have bribed any Government employee, without prejudice to the action for calumny which the offended party may deem proper to bring against the offender. In this case, the offender shall be punished by the maximum period of the penalty.
- By post-dating a check, or issuing a check in payment of an obligation when the offender therein were not sufficient to cover the amount of the check. The failure of the drawer of the check to deposit the amount necessary to cover his check within three (3) days from receipt of notice from the bank and/or the payee or holder that said check has been dishonored for lack of insufficiency of funds shall be prima facie evidence of deceit constituting false pretense or fraudulent act. (As amended by R.A. 4885, approved June 17, 1967.)
- By obtaining any food, refreshment or accommodation at a hotel, inn, restaurant, boarding house, lodging house, or apartment house and the like without paying therefor, with intent to defraud the proprietor or manager thereof, or by obtaining credit at hotel, inn, restaurant, boarding house, lodging house, or apartment house by the use of any false pretense, or by abandoning or surreptitiously removing any part of his baggage from a hotel, inn, restaurant, boarding house, lodging house or apartment house after obtaining credit, food, refreshment or accommodation therein without paying for his food, refreshment or accommodation.
- Through any of the following fraudulent means:
- By inducing another, by means of deceit, to sign any document.
- By resorting to some fraudulent practice to insure success in a gambling game.
- By removing, concealing or destroying, in whole or in part, any court record, office files, document or any other papers.
Note: This criminal stalkers obviously exceeded the P200 scam, and theyâve been doing it for over 3 years! Theyâre guilty of bigger â other forms â of swindling
- Article 316. Other forms of swindling. - The penalty of arresto mayor in its minimum and medium period and a fine of not less than the value of the damage caused and not more than three times such value, shall be imposed upon:
- Any person who, pretending to be owner of any real property, shall convey, sell, encumber or mortgage the same.
- Any person, who, knowing that real property is encumbered, shall dispose of the same, although such encumbrance be not recorded.
- The owner of any personal property who shall wrongfully take it from its lawful possessor, to the prejudice of the latter or any third person.
- Any person who, to the prejudice of another, shall execute any fictitious contract.
- Any person who shall accept any compensation given him under the belief that it was in payment of services rendered or labor performed by him, when in fact he did not actually perform such services or labor.
- Any person who, while being a surety in a bond given in a criminal or civil action, without express authority from the court or before the cancellation of his bond or before being relieved from the obligation contracted by him, shall sell, mortgage, or, in any other manner, encumber the real property or properties with which he guaranteed the fulfillment of such obligation.
- Article 317. Swindling a minor - Any person who taking advantage of the inexperience or emotions or feelings of a minor, to his detriment, shall induce him to assume any obligation or to give any release or execute a transfer of any property right in consideration of some loan of money, credit or other personal property, whether the loan clearly appears in the document or is shown in any other form, shall suffer the penalty of arresto mayor and a fine of a sum ranging from 10 to 50 per cent of the value of the obligation contracted by the minor.
Using A Minor To Cover Up Their Criminal Stalking
Note: Hereâs a related note/anchor on minors. These criminal stalkers have recruited minors to pretend as the guests in the rooms next to me in TreeWoods Residences when in fact itâs these criminal stalkers â cult fraud and other fake BPO call center agents who are actually criminal stalkers â who were staying in the rooms on a shifting schedule, domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, mocking my every move and controlling my behavior!
Article 318. Other deceits. - The penalty of arresto mayor and a fine of not less than the amount of the damage caused and not more than twice such amount shall be imposed upon any person who shall defraud or damage another by any other deceit not mentioned in the preceding articles of this chapter.
- Any person who, for profit or gain, shall interpret dreams, make forecasts, tell fortunes, or take advantage of the credulity of the public in any other similar manner, shall suffer the penalty of arresto mayor or a fine not exceeding 200 pesos.
Crimes against Public Interest - Forgery, Falsification, False Witnesses
Frauds in commerce and industry: Forgeries
- Article 172. Falsification by private individual and use of falsified documents. - The penalty of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods and a fine of not more than P5,000 pesos shall be imposed upon:
- Any private individual who shall commit any of the falsifications enumerated in the next preceding article in any public or official document or letter of exchange or any other kind of commercial document; and
- Any person who, to the damage of a third party, or with the intent to cause such damage, shall in any private document commit any of the acts of falsification enumerated in the next preceding article.
- Any person who shall knowingly introduce in evidence in any judicial proceeding or to the damage of another or who, with the intent to cause such damage, shall use any of the false documents embraced in the next preceding article, or in any of the foregoing subdivisions of this article, shall be punished by the penalty next lower in degree.
- Article 173. Falsification of wireless, cable, telegraph and telephone messages, and use of said falsified messages. - The penalty of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods shall be imposed upon officer or employee of the Government or of any private corporation or concern engaged in the service of sending or receiving wireless, cable or telephone message who utters a fictitious wireless, telegraph or telephone message of any system or falsifies the same.
Other Falsities
- Section One. - Usurpation of authority, rank, title, and improper use of names, uniforms and insignia.
- Article 177. Usurpation of authority or official functions. - Any person who shall knowingly and falsely represent himself to be an officer, agent or representative of any department or agency of the Philippine Government or of any foreign government, or who, under pretense of official position, shall perform any act pertaining to any person in authority or public officer of the Philippine Government or any foreign government, or any agency thereof, without being lawfully entitled to do so, shall suffer the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods.
Falsely Represent to be an officer
Note: Not related, but a similar incident happened in the philippines - In a recent kidnapping and murder of a foreigner husband in Mindanao, the criminals posed as police officers.
- Article 178. Using fictitious name and concealing true name - The penalty of arresto mayor and a fine not to exceed 500 pesos shall be imposed upon any person who shall publicly use a fictitious name for the purpose of concealing a crime, evading the execution of a judgment or causing damage.
Aliases in BPO Criminal Stalking
Note: Itâs a practice in Philippine BPO companies to use aliases for agents, and these criminal stalkers are likely doing the same.
- Any person who conceals his true name and other personal circumstances shall be punished by arresto menor or a fine not to exceed 200 pesos.
- Article 179. Illegal use of uniforms or insignia - The penalty of arresto mayor shall be imposed upon any person who shall publicly and improperly make use of insignia, uniforms or dress pertaining to an office not held by such person or to a class of persons of which he is not a member.
False testimony
- Article 180. False testimony against a defendant - Any person who shall give false testimony against the defendant in any criminal case shall suffer:
- The penalty of reclusion temporal, if the defendant in said case shall have been sentenced to death;
- The penalty of prision mayor, if the defendant shall have been sentenced to reclusion temporal or reclusion perpetua;
- The penalty of prision correccional, if the defendant shall have been sentenced to any other afflictive penalty; and
- The penalty of arresto mayor, if the defendant shall have been sentenced to a correctional penalty or a fine, or shall have been acquitted.
- In cases provided in subdivisions 3 and 4 of this article the offender shall further suffer a fine not to exceed 1,000 pesos.
- Article 181. False testimony favorable to the defendants - Any person who shall give false testimony in favor of the defendant in a criminal case, shall suffer the penalties of arresto mayor in its maximum period to prision correccional in its minimum period a fine not to exceed 1,000 pesos, if the prosecution is for a felony punishable by an afflictive penalty, and the penalty of arresto mayor in any other case.
- Article 182. False testimony in civil cases - Any person found guilty of false testimony in a civil case shall suffer the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period and a fine not to exceed 6,000 pesos, if the amount in controversy shall exceed 5,000 pesos, and the penalty of arresto mayor in its maximum period to prision correccional in its minimum period and a fine not to exceed 1,000 pesos, if the amount in controversy shall not exceed said amount or cannot be estimated.
- Article 183. False testimony in other cases and perjury in solemn affirmation - The penalty of arresto mayor in its maximum period to prision correccional in its minimum period shall be imposed upon any person, who knowingly makes untruthful statements and not being included in the provisions of the next preceding articles, shall testify under oath, or make an affidavit, upon any material matter before a competent person authorized to administer an oath in cases in which the law so requires.
- Any person who, in case of a solemn affirmation made in lieu of an oath, shall commit any of the falsehoods mentioned in this and the three preceding articles of this section, shall suffer the respective penalties provided therein.
- Article 184. Offering false testimony in evidence. - Any person who shall knowingly offer in evidence a false witness or testimony in any judicial or official proceeding, shall be punished as guilty of false testimony and shall suffer the respective penalties provided in this section.
False Testimony, Twisting the Truth and Turning the Table on Me
Note: Hereâs a related note/anchor when the landlady, manager, and criminal stalkers twisted the truth, turned the table on me, and made me out as crazy in those previous rented places before: Recruiting Minors For Criminal Stalking which includes that lesbian calling the manager on me when I complained of those criminal stalkers in her room mocking me ever since, who turned out to be the cult fraud and other BPO criminal stalkers who were on a shifting schedule, putting me on domestic and sexual abuse, mocking and laughing at my every move just like what these criminal stalkers who are renting in Mary Jane, Janiceâ and Luzâ households here in Bogo who repeatedly called me âboang (crazy)â, da (suits you)â, âluoy pud (poor and pitiful)â, and âuwaw (shameful)â among many others, mocking repeating the very expressions which I complained about them. To cover their decayed criminal stalking activities, they have lied to me in many occasions when I complained about them and they even made me out as crazy, such as those landladies and manager.
Frauds
- Section Two. - Frauds in commerce and industry
- Article 188. Subsisting and altering trade-mark, trade-names, or service marks - The penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period or a fine ranging from 50 to 2,000 pesos, or both, shall be imposed upon:
- Any person who shall substitute the trade name or trade-mark of some other manufacturer or dealer or a colorable imitation thereof, for the trademark of the real manufacturer or dealer upon any article of commerce and shall sell the same;
- Any person who shall sell such articles of commerce or offer the same for sale, knowing that the trade-name or trade- mark has been fraudulently used in such goods as described in the preceding subdivision;
- Any person who, in the sale or advertising of his services, shall use or substitute the service mark of some other person, or a colorable imitation of such mark; or
- Any person who, knowing the purpose for which the trade-name, trade-mark, or service mark of a person is to be used, prints, lithographs, or in any way reproduces such trade-name, trade-mark, or service mark, or a colorable imitation thereof, for another person, to enable that other person to fraudulently use such trade-name, trade-mark, or service mark on his own goods or in connection with the sale or advertising of his services.
- A trade-name or trade-mark as herein used is a word or words, name, title, symbol, emblem, sign or device, or any combination thereof used as an advertisement, sign, label, poster, or otherwise, for the purpose of enabling the public to distinguish the business of the person who owns and uses said trade-name or trade-mark.
- A service mark as herein used is a mark used in the sale or advertising of services to identify the services of one person and distinguish them from the services of others and includes without limitation the marks, names, symbols, titles, designations, slogans, character names, and distinctive features of radio or other advertising.
- Article 189. Unfair competition, fraudulent registration of trade-mark, trade-name or service mark, fraudulent designation of origin, and false description. - The penalty provided in the next proceeding article shall be imposed upon:
- Any person who, in unfair competition and for the purposes of deceiving or defrauding another of his legitimate trade or the public in general, shall sell his goods giving them the general appearance of goods of another manufacturer or dealer, either as to the goods themselves, or in the wrapping of the packages in which they are contained or the device or words thereon or in any other features of their appearance which would be likely to induce the public to believe that the goods offered are those of a manufacturer or dealer other than the actual manufacturer or dealer or shall give other persons a chance or opportunity to do the same with a like purpose.
- Any person who shall affix, apply, annex or use in connection with any goods or services or any container or containers for goods a false designation of origin or any false description or representation and shall sell such goods or services.
- Any person who by means of false or fraudulent representation or declarations orally or in writing or by other fraudulent means shall procure from the patent office or from any other office which may hereafter be established by law for the purposes the registration of a trade-name, trade-mark or service mark or of himself as the owner of such trade-name, trade-mark or service mark or an entry respecting a trade-name, trade-mark or service mark.
Online Scams/Fraud
Note: Not related, but a similar incident happened in the philippines - The Philippines is known to have cheap and fake goods from China, and online scams in Shoppee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms have become very rampant in recent years, especially after pandemic. In the same manner, the fake or fraudulent outsourcing, BPO, virtual assistant, marketing, trolling, social media, and other fraudulent jobs have become rampant pre-and-post-pandemic, especially during elections of unlikely presidential candidates â Duterte and Marcos â who managed to get astounding victory through social media, and which mirrored other organized BPO call center outsourcing scams.
Crimes Committed By Public Officers
- Chapter One - Preliminary Provisions
- Article 203. Who are public officers - For the purpose of applying the provisions of this and the preceding titles of this book, any person who, by direct provision of the law, popular election or appointment by competent authority, shall take part in the performance of public functions in the Government of the Philippine Islands, of shall perform in said Government or in any of its branches public duties as an employee, agent or subordinate official, of any rank or class, shall be deemed to be a public officer.
Unjust Judgment
- Chapter Two - Malfeasance And Misfeasance In Office - Section One - Dereliction of duty
- Article 204. Knowingly rendering unjust judgment - Any judge who shall knowingly render an unjust judgment in any case submitted to him for decision, shall be punished by prision mayor and perpetual absolute disqualification.
- Article 205. Judgment rendered through negligence - Any judge who, by reason of inexcusable negligence or ignorance shall render a manifestly unjust judgment in any case submitted to him for decision shall be punished by arresto mayor and temporary special disqualification.
- Article 206. Unjust interlocutory order - Any judge who shall knowingly render an unjust interlocutory order or decree shall suffer the penalty of arresto mayor in its minimum period and suspension; but if he shall have acted by reason of inexcusable negligence or ignorance and the interlocutory order or decree be manifestly unjust, the penalty shall be suspension.
- Article 207. Malicious delay in the administration of justice - The penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period shall be imposed upon any judge guilty of malicious delay in the administration of justice.
- Article 208. Prosecution of offenses; negligence and tolerance - The penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period and suspension shall be imposed upon any public officer, or officer of the law, who, in dereliction of the duties of his office, shall maliciaously refrain from instituting prosecution for the punishment of violators of the law, or shall tolerate the commission of offenses.
Betrayal of Trust
- Article 209. Betrayal of trust by an attorney or solicitor - Revelation of secrets - In addition to the proper administrative action, the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period, or a fine ranging from 200 to 1,000 pesos, or both, shall be imposed upon any attorney-at-law or solicitor (procurador judicial) who, by any malicious breach of professional duty or of inexcusable negligence or ignorance, shall prejudice his client, or reveal any of the secrets of the latter learned by him in his professional capacity.
- The same penalty shall be imposed upon an attorney-at-law or solicitor (procurador judicial) who, having undertaken the defense of a client or having received confidential information from said client in a case, shall undertake the defense of the opposing party in the same case, without the consent of his first client.
Bribery
- Section Two. â Bribery - Article 210. Direct bribery - Any public officer who shall agree to perform an act constituting a crime, in connection with the performance of this official duties, in consideration of any offer, promise, gift or present received by such officer, personally or through the mediation of another, shall suffer the penalty of prision mayor in its medium and maximum periods and a fine of not less than the value of the gift and] not less than three times the value of the gift in addition to the penalty corresponding to the crime agreed upon, if the same shall have been committed.
- If the gift was accepted by the officer in consideration of the execution of an act which does not constitute a crime, and the officer executed said act, he shall suffer the same penalty provided in the preceding paragraph; and if said act shall not have been accomplished, the officer shall suffer the penalties of prision correccional, in its medium period and a fine of not less than twice the value of such gift.
- If the object for which the gift was received or promised was to make the public officer refrain from doing something which it was his official duty to do, he shall suffer the penalties of prision correccional in its maximum period and a fine of not less than the value of the gift and not less than three times the value of such gift.
- In addition to the penalties provided in the preceding paragraphs, the culprit shall suffer the penalty of special temporary disqualification.
- The provisions contained in the preceding paragraphs shall be made applicable to assessors, arbitrators, appraisal and claim commissioners, experts or any other persons performing public duties. (As amended by Batas Pambansa Blg. 871, approved May 29, 1985).
- Article 211. Indirect bribery - The penalties of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods, and public censure shall be imposed upon any public officer who shall accept gifts offered to him by reason of his office. (As amended by Batas Pambansa Blg. 871, approved May 29, 1985).
- Article 211-A. Qualified bribery - If any public officer is entrusted with law enforcement and he refrains from arresting or prosecuting an offender who has committed a crime punishable by reclusion perpetua and/or death in consideration of any offer, promise, gift or present, he shall suffer the penalty for the offense which was not prosecuted.
- If it is the public officer who asks or demands such gift or present, he shall suffer the penalty of death. (As added by Sec. 4, RA No. 7659).
- Article 212. Corruption of public officials - The same penalties imposed upon the officer corrupted, except those of disqualification and suspension, shall be imposed upon any person who shall have made the offers or promises or given the gifts or presents as described in the preceding articles.
Frauds And Illegal Exactions And Transactions

- Article 213. Frauds against the public treasury and similar offenses - The penalty of prision correccional in its medium period to prision mayor in its minimum period, or a fine ranging from 200 to 10,000 pesos, or both, shall be imposed upon any public officer who:
- In his official capacity, in dealing with any person with regard to furnishing supplies, the making of contracts, or the adjustment or settlement of accounts relating to public property or funds, shall enter into an agreement with any interested party or speculator or make use of any other scheme, to defraud the Government;
- Being entrusted with the collection of taxes, licenses, fees and other imposts, shall be guilty or any of the following acts or omissions:
- Demanding, directly, or indirectly, the payment of sums different from or larger than those authorized by law.
- Failing voluntarily to issue a receipt, as provided by law, for any sum of money collected by him officially.
- Collecting or receiving, directly or indirectly, by way of payment or otherwise things or objects of a nature different from that provided by law.
- When the culprit is an officer or employee of the Bureau of Internal Revenue or the Bureau of Customs, the provisions of the Administrative Code shall be applied.
- Article 214. Other frauds. - In addition to the penalties prescribed in the provisions of Chapter Six, Title Ten, Book Two, of this Code, the penalty of temporary special disqualification in its maximum period to perpetual special disqualification shall be imposed upon any public officer who, taking advantage of his official position, shall commit any of the frauds or deceits enumerated in said provisions.
- Article 215. Prohibited transactions. - The penalty of prision correccional in its maximum period or a fine ranging from 200 to 1,000 pesos, or both, shall be imposed upon any appointive public officer who, during his incumbency, shall directly or indirectly become interested in any transaction of exchange or speculation within the territory subject to his jurisdiction.
- Article 216. Possession of prohibited interest by a public officer. - The penalty of arresto mayor in its medium period to prision correccional in its minimum period, or a fine ranging from 200 to 1,000 pesos, or both, shall be imposed upon a public officer who directly or indirectly, shall become interested in any contract or business in which it is his official duty to intervene.
- This provisions is applicable to experts, arbitrators and private accountants who, in like manner, shall take part in any contract or transaction connected with the estate or property in appraisal, distribution or adjudication of which they shall have acted, and to the guardians and executors with respect to the property belonging to their wards or estate.
