Hi, Taehyung-ah 🤗🤗🤗 How are you? I hope that things are going well for you. This letter has long been due as I was trying to review the laws and present one of these crimes in each letter: stalking, organized crime, murder threat, human trafficking, romance scam, fraudulent business and fake outsourcing BPO jobs, bribery, graft & corruption, terrorism, military and police abuse, and so many crimes that will put criminal stalkers in prison for at least 10 years. I found out that anti-scam laws are actually quite lengthy so I wasn’t able to finish them in one letter, so I decided I’ll just send whatever I can finish. Even now, this decayed-brain-decayed-morals-decayed-genitals cult fraud "born again" Living Way Ministries female member has been mocking me “luoy (poor and pitiful)” as I wasn’t able to finish reviewing the lengthy laws. Let’s see who’s “luoy” when these criminal stalkers are already put in prison, because all the abuses and crimes they did in hiding will be severely punished in the open! Glory to God! For now, I’ll be covering some sections of Penal Code & Penal Laws in the Philippines.

Old Testament

“See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you to love the Lord your God, walk in His way, keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgements, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. These Bible verses were written last Sunday, December 8, 2024, and some of the events I included here also happened on that day, although I have written and organized these today, December 10, 2024. These decayed criminal stalkers have been playing loudspeaker and disco since 10 PM (here are the recordings: first recording, but the disco is towards the end, second recording of the disco). Here’s some important notes about all the recordings in this drive folder. Again, they’re doing the same pattern of harassment they’ve done from Hippodromo, and it’s not just one instance of stalking but numerous repeated criminal stalking activities, with that criminal stalking, domestic and sexual abuse, and violent harassment scripts actively going on for over a year and a half since La Guardia Flats, and it’s not just one instance of stalking. Even now, as I am typing this, this decayed cult fraud female member mocked me “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, disgustingly showing her sociopathic self who does not have any sense of empathy, pathologically mentally ill, who should be imprisoned since a long time ago with that severe lack of any sense of what’s right or wrong, so she and all other criminal stalkers couldn’t harm others again in the future!

Last Sunday, I was using the washing machine I bought in 2023, and while doing so, these criminal stalkers were consecutively mocking me “luoy (poor and pitiful)” and “boang (crazy)”, which were very inappropriate and unnatural, domestically abusing, reacting, mocking me in that very simple household chore! But they’ve been doing the same domestic abuse towards me whether I take a bath, sleep, prepare my food, browse the internet, read the news, vote, stream, post in my blog, and even while reading the Bible, praying, singing songs of praise and worship!

I put an “idol” word here and forgotten the mockery these cult fraud “born again” Living Way Ministries said that led me to put this note, but I think it could either be a Catholic “idol” or a K-pop “idol”, both of which they literally meant to be the “idols” worshipped in the Old Testament. They have long labeled the Catholic faith as a “cult” because of the sculpted images of Jesus, Mary, and the saints that are put in the churches, and saying the Catholic has violated the second commandment: “You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My Commandments.” They also said that the Catholic changed the Ten Commandments and removed the second commandment, combining it with the first commandment: “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me.” Therefore, it is a “cult”.

They also claimed all other Judeo-Christian denominations as a cult, such as the Seventh Day Adventist and Jehova’s Witness (because they do not honor – or barely honor - the New Testament of Jesus, and they don’t even celebrate Christmas nor their own birthdays), Iglesia ni Kristo (because they did not believe that Jesus is God, and that He’s merely a prophet to them), and many others. I looked into the Baptist denomination and found out that these cult fraud Living Way Ministries follow exactly the same practices and beliefs, such as fully immersing the converts in water for baptism, patriarchal that puts women below men be it in leadership or marriage – and that’s definitely the reason why domestic and sexual abusers like these cult members have found their perfect place in that cult fraud Living Way “born again” church, and naturally, that’s why these cult fraud members have been domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7 for 2 months now since TreeWoods Residences, and I know they’ve been in this criminal stalking for a longer time, probably for over 3 years as well.

This cult fraud Living Way Ministries is an extremely exclusive group that

discourages marriage outside of the church or that marriage should just be with the same denomination of born again,
discourages “worldly” music or entertainment (drama, movie, etc.), which is why they strongly discourage K-pop because they are “idols” – and look at them profiting now from what they used to term K-pop “idols” and they’re even using God as a capital of such profiting and exploitation – as if they’re using Jesus as the license to keep on sinning because they’ll always be forgiven – and they’re using me – a former member – as a capital of their criminal stalking exploitation, a tool for their lucrative romance scam, as if all other members are assets that they can exploit whenever and whatever way they wish, but they rather lived up to being criminal stalkers who are abusing their access to me by domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, coming up together against me as they’re consecutively mocking my every move, controlling my behavior, and making me out as crazy and covering their criminal stalking activities like hiding and being concerned over their voices being heard in the criminal stalking recordings, obviously, because not once did they share the word of God here – they even mock me and repeatedly called me “boang (crazy)”, “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, “uwaw (shameful)”, “da (suits you)”, “eww”, and so many others during my Bible reading, prayer, and praise and worship;
discourages ideas and doctrines outside of their group such as books – and they counter even New York Times best-selling books that are widely accepted in their respective fields, and I remember them saying rationalizing it as staying away from those that are not accepted by their now-revealed-to-be-cult-fraud-domestic-and-sexual-abuser church (indeed, the symptoms of a cult has already been revealed back then), as well as other non-religious materials such as anime, k-drama – which “discouragement (actually, a ban)” obviously helps in controlling the members by refusing them to think outside of the group, especially that it’s a severely harassing group and a gossip community;
they even excuse harassing each other as part of “teasing” even if their target has already expressed dislike of it and told them to stop doing it several times in front of me after the Sunday services;
and worse, during the service, narrate the “sins” of the members of the church during their sermons in an attempt to power play and harass while disgustingly using the word of God, and they even repeatedly mentioned separation of the family, saying that Catholic members of the family will “persecute” them for moving to their cult fraud “born again” Living Way Ministry!

The majority of the members of this cult are from the Catholic denomination, and most of them are “invited” – actually pressured – through a close classmate, student, and colleague acquaintance, and their reason was always “preach the word to everyone and make disciples so they can be saved”, which should be good in itself only if they stayed true to that doctrine of salvation and did not fraudulently work as criminal stalkers here who are domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, even now, they’re coming up together against me, consecutively calling me “boang (crazy)”, “eww”, “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, and many others, mocking my every move, controlling my behavior, and making me out as crazy, and they’re not here nor doing all of this for any religious, legitimate, good and helpful reason, but only for money and the demonic things like lust and opportunities to harass, domestic and sexual abuse that come along it! Just now, I heard a loud bang from the hill across this house that sounded like a gun fire, though faint since it’s raining.

Heaven is a witness to all their criminal stalking here, domestic and sexual abuse, and violent harassment! All the abuses and crimes they did in hiding will be severely punished in the open! Glory to God!

As I have already said since a long time ago, I don’t associate myself with any religious group or denomination and prefer to worship God in faith, and I keep both the Catholic and Protestant teachings, which I deem to be righteous, just, and true in honoring and glorying God. The Roman Catholic has a long history of abuse since the time of the Apostles, since the Roman Catholic church is believed to be instituted by Peter, the Apostle and the head or leader of the Twelve Apostles. The Romans back in the day have their own gods (like the Greeks, the gods of Olympus, and even emperors themselves are deified) and they destroyed Jerusalem and the Palestinian province of Rome where the Israelites reside at the time of Jesus. The Jews were scattered to “the ends of the earth”.

The Jews who were Christians, who were persecuted by the Jews who followed the laws of Moses in the Old Testament – they call it Torah – moved to other places like the Rome and Greece and preached the gospel of Jesus, particularly that He is the Son of God, that He is the Messiah – the fulfillment of the promise of God the Most High in the Old Testament that He will give the Israelites a Savior who will rescue Israel – and make sure not one of the “lost sheep” is perished – from their enemies (often the prophets quoted are Isaiah and Jeremiah, who prophesied it during the Babylonian captivity of the Jews) – that rather than contradicting the laws given by the “Lord our God” through Moses from their exodus from Egypt, Jesus is its fulfillment, the ultimate savior to reach God when the people are imperfect to fulfill all the laws.

Just like what was written, Jesus was murdered by the Israelites themselves (who feigned to be serving God but were actually using Him and corrupting His temple into a marketplace for they functioned with the authority and position of the politicians and the police during that time) – who also murdered all other prophets who prophesied to them about God – and He suffered as the lamb sacrifice that Israelites offered to God the Most High for the forgiveness of sins, because God will do anything – to live among His people and to give more than just miracles – for His people even to die for them, and to show that life does not end in this world because there is resurrection, an eternal life and such great rewards await those who believe, honor, glorify, and followed God’s ways, knowing by Jesus how nothing can separate His people from the love of God – and that Jesus is alive, He’s been resurrected and is reigning in Heaven, and He will come again to judge the living and the dead. As always, the Israelites and God’s elect from the ends of the earth are commanded to follow the commandments of God, to walk in His righteous ways, and should problems, challenges – trials and tribulations – come, God assures His people of His guidance with His Holy Spirit that they should not be afraid for He gives them exactly what they need, be it wisdom or provision.

Through it all, God is present, and at the end of life, He has His book that records everything, and judges every person according to their deeds, whether they followed God and they’re rewarded in heaven, or they don’t follow and believe in God and they’re condemned in hell. God is righteous, wise, just, and He is all good things. There shall not be evil found residing in His people nor in His place. Corruption, deceit, scheming, and all manners of wickedness don’t have any place with God! With God, righteousness will reign. With God, nothing is impossible! In all of this, all glory and honor belongs to God alone from the beginning of time until the end, now and forever! Amen!

The apostles, disciples, and followers of Jesus spread this throughout the land and fast forward many centuries – after their many trials and tribulations where all the apostles died of martyrdom, glorifying God in their own ways, except John whom no one knows in what manner died and that he was rather exiled in an island in Patmos where he saw the Revelation of the end times, of the second coming of Jesus and the end of this world as written in the Book of Revelation (which is one of my favorite books since I was a child) – and the Romans finally adopted Christianity as the official religion of the empire. It was destroyed centuries after (there’s just a very tiny Rome state this day) and other empires came along, but they retained the Roman Catholic-Judeo-Christian faith, later dividing into several denominations, be it the Orthodox Catholic or all other groups under Protestantism (Pentecostal, Puritans, Mormons, Baptist, Seventh Day Adventist, Jehova’s Witnesses, Iglesia ni Cristo, etc.) until they separated from the dominant Christian faith that used to criminalize others of heresy, including the flourishing Science and the early scientific, arts, and enlightenment thinkers, and later claimed to be atheists and independent of God’s sovereignty, which persisted up to this day, just like what is shown by these corrupt, wicked, exploitative criminal stalkers and many of the decayed corrupt, evil politicians, police or law enforcers, businessmen and justice system, who all think there is no God watching and that they can continue with their evil ways! All of these decayed criminal stalkers are consecutively mocking me, not acknowledging that God is watching this very moment!

While I was attending the Catholic mass here in Bogo last Sunday, those disgusting criminal stalkers were consecutively mocking me “boang (crazy)” even inside the church while the mass was going on! These disgusting cult fraud members kept mocking me “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, “nindota (nice)” and even “hallelujah” as I was typing this, utter mockery! They have been repeatedly using the biblical expression of “hallelujah”, to praise the Lord, who is holy and wonderful, in occasions where their criminal stalking was covered up, like when the file name of the recordings I uploaded were switched, when the plate number of the cars they used for criminal stalking were not clearly captured in my video recordings, when I’ve been referring to these cult fraud in the piggery as the Muslims who used to reside beside my room in Hippodromo, and ultimately in all cases where I and my family were harmed, such as now when I was writing about how I was thoroughly harassed and mocked by those decayed criminal stalkers who were following me in that Catholic Sunday mass! There were so many instances where they mocked me when I was harmed and abused, and the latest one was when I went out to find the source of that “Banyo Queen” disco from Yolanda and the same “Banyo Queen” disco was played again tonight just as I started writing this greeting! They’ve been twisting the truth and living in lie and hiding because of their criminal stalking fraudulent job that they’re even mocking and harassing me thoroughly when I said all the abuses and crimes they did in hiding will be severely punished in the open and let’s see who’s boang (crazy) when they’re already imprisoned and when I was reviewing, making an outline, and writing my notes on the laws that could get them imprisoned because of their criminal stalking, domestic and sexual abuses, and violent harassment which they’ve been doing for over 3 years, and escalating for over a year and a half! Since they’ve been doing it for so long, they already thought they can’t be imprisoned!

I have already written about how those Catholic priests have long been involved in this criminal stalking, and if I have heard such familiar allusions from the priests in St. Therese – this prostitute decayed cult fraud female member in the piggery, most likely that previously-demon-possessed Sha-sha, just mocked me “da (suits you)” as I am typing this – and those priests from the Cathedral and Sto Nino, it wasn’t surprising anymore to hear the priests here in Bogo to be making the same familiar allusions – and this decayed cult fraud female member in the house of Mary Jane or Luz mocked me “luoy (poor and pitiful)” while typing this, celebrating that I was harassed and abused again, because that’s what these cult fraud criminal stalkers have been doing all this time, domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, as well as those violent harassers who were firing guns and firecrackers on me and harassing me in all low IQ ways possible for them such as sexual abuse in their disco – just now, that decayed criminal stalker in the hill across this house fired a gun on me again – mocking my every move and controlling me behavior, and all of them are very furious that I resist their control and fully let them know of how decayed low-life criminal stalkers they are and curse them with the curses in the Bible against workers of iniquity and those who do not follow the commandments of God!

What was surprising to me that Sunday was the similarity of the Catholic priest’s sermon and Jentezen’s preaching during his Sunday service, which I watched online. I wouldn’t want Free Chapel to be involved in this criminal stalking and be like these cult fraud Living Way Ministries and some Catholic priests who were using God as a capital to their exploitation and being bribed to mock and condemn the innocent! These decayed cult fraud members were repeatedly saying “nindota (nice)” and “luoy (poor and pitiful)” as I was typing this, celebrating that once again I was harassed and repeatedly made out as crazy by others who also have spiritual authority, and this decayed prostitute cult fraud whose thin voice sounded like Mami just mocked me “luoy (poor and pitiful)” again, and I expected no less of harassment from the wife of the main pastor of this cult fraud Living Way Ministries! All other cult fraud from Janice or Mary Jane or Luz household were laughing and calling me “boang (crazy)”, but whoever these decayed cult fraud members were here in piggery, they’ll surely be revealed in the open and serve their prison sentence!

Some of the similarities I found were:

Past
1. The past is done and there’s just present, which the future is built (Catholic)
2. The past is forgotten with the blood of Christ during communion (Jentezen)
3. Note: They’re not wrong, but I was just wondering of the similarity, and it’s not just this, but several similarities in their preaching on the same day. To add though, since I’ve been reading both the Old and the New Testament these days and the chapters and words I read were often a strict commandment of God not to forget the commandments, which He had given to the Israelites during their exodus from Egypt and as they’re approaching the Promised Land, and to walk in His ways, and teach their children of the Mighty God who saved them from Israelites and brought them into the land flowing with milk and honey that He promised to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. To me, it is essential to never forget that God is the God of old and new, from the beginning until the end, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, of Moses, David, Daniel, of the apostles, and of the elect whom God has chosen from the ends of the earth of this time until the second coming of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Concerning the forgiveness of sins – which all of these cult fraud are very particular of but ironically keeping on sinning by criminally stalking me and domestically and sexually abusing me 24/7, even now they’re thoroughly mocking me “boang (crazy)” and “luoy pud (ah, so poor and pitiful)” – those who believe in God and followed His ways, of the repentance and confession of sins and believing in Jesus Christ as the Lord are saved, and God makes all things work together for good to them who love Him. Forgiveness of sins is essential to the kingdom of God, of heaven, that Jesus is preaching, but the washing of sins by the blood of Christ is never a license for the supposed-to-be-believers to keep on sinning, and actually, Jesus Himself will say to them who followed what others say instead of standing firm in the righteousness of God, “‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.” I already think these decayed cult fraud here have reached the limit of their insanity as they still kept mocking me “boang (crazy)”, “mao ba (is that so?)”, “lahi (different)”, “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, and so many others while I was typing this.
Humility
1. Humility isn’t in Sunday’s readings in the Catholic liturgy, but the priest mentioned about it. He ironically said about serving God with no pride and along the lines about pride isn’t characteristic of Christians. These decayed cult fraud “born again” Living Way Ministries were loudly laughing from all sides and loudly commenting “daug (victory)” and “ah, pildi (ah, you lose)”, mocking me again, celebrating, and rejoicing that I was humiliated and harassed even during that Catholic Sunday mass. That priest mentioned it towards the beginning of his preaching as he was referring to his list during his sermon. As I haven’t heard the rest of his preaching yet, I have only remembered about those priests in St. Therese who were repeatedly giving a sermon on themes of pride and humility, generosity, loving the neighbors, showing Christ in one’s life (which I just remembered to be related to Free Chapel’s preaching on harvest two Sundays ago), even when they weren’t the main message of the readings, just like last Sunday. His point about humility and pride isn’t wrong, however, these two are often perceived to be certain personalities rather than expressions and acts of humility and pride themselves. No two persons are the same, and neither of them has the right to control the other, including their expressions and acts of humility and pride which can’t be the same. God sees the heart and the action, and actually, he rewards the good thing done in secret rather than what is done in the open to get the admiration and approval of others, and I shall say, of the gossip community, especially that I know they’re a criminal stalking network. This decayed cult fraud in piggery repeatedly mocked me “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, celebrating how all of them, decayed members of this huge criminal stalking network, were mocking and conspiring against me, exactly in the way that decayed Hybe wanted! My personal view of pride is the positive one where a person takes pride in doing what is good, righteous, and excellent from the contexts of competitions and from the little acts of doing what is proper even when I was not benefiting from it and even when no one is watching it. My personal view of humility is doing what is good, righteous, and excellent knowing it’s not of my own strength and wisdom but of God, and how He blessed me tremendously that I don’t have to lie and deny it and rather recommend to others to honor and glorify God, too, because He blesses tremendously. Where others fake humility and escape accountability, I choose to suffer from an upcoming failure – and admit such failures, not even hiding them – and still have initiative, and take charge. That’s also the reason why I’m here being the target, victim, and tool of these decayed criminal stalkers in their lucrative scam!
2. Jentezen mentioned humility in the Bible reading He shared in Sunday about Naaman who was a commander of an army and was very rich he could have bought whatever he wanted but he was a leprose, and the way for him to get healed was to be immersed in what they discriminated to be a dirty or lowly river of Jordan at that time. Jentezen interpreted that event by the theme of humility, saying that the mighty commander has to come to the house of a lowly citizen – but a prophet – and making humble comments about himself being a speaking-in-tongue preacher – and that commander has to humble himself and be dipped 7 times to get cleansed from leprosy, and coming out with a skin fresh like a baby. That wasn’t the full message since it was just part of his preaching about tremendous obedience where the main story was about the “time to receive”, where Elisha refused the payment of that Naaman while his servant, Gehazi, lied and schemed to take just two pieces of silver and garment (and since he lied and schemed, the leprose of Naaman transferred to him), and how he could have more when the prophet Elisha’s time to receive rewards has come, where he got a procession of 40 camels and gold and how his servant, Gehazi, could have even bigger reward if he did not do such lies, deceit, and scheming. These decayed cult fraud “born again” Living Way Ministries were mocking me “luoy (poor and pitiful)” because I have been humiliated and harassed by another preacher whom I liked and respected, a spiritual authority who defended these cult fraud for taking the payment for their criminal stalking activity and harassment here, and every time Jentezen mentioned about being crazy, weirdo, or out of mind, not a victim, they’re laughing, as they have long made me out as crazy! I don’t know if Jentezen and Free Chapel are also a part of this criminal stalking network and who have gotten the same donation that made these Catholic priests and cult fraud “born again” Living Way Ministries crazy about money and harassment towards me whom they have already made out to be crazy, gaslighted, and gossiped about in their criminal stalking network. These decayed-brain-decayed-morals-decayed-genitals cult fraud member repeatedly mocked me “luouuy (so poor and pitiful)” and they’re all laughing here, celebrating how I’ve been thoroughly harassed and harmed by their huge, and now I think international, criminal stalking network. No matter what script Jentezen was following, he was still mentioning things that I have said in my prayer in the past few days as I was looking up to God, the Holy and Wonderful God, God of Faith, Justice, and Righteousness. Glory to God! Some of them included doing what is right and obeying His commandments, seeking first the kingdom of God and His RIGHTEOUSNESS, something similar to “God over money” and “a time for everything” (though I meant it to be the time for these criminal stalkers to be severely punished in the open and be imprisoned to come), and that these criminal stalkers have no part in my future.
What is done for neighbors
1. Those Catholic priests back in St. Therese have been repeatedly including in their sermon about “love your neighbors” and “love your enemies”, and they know in themselves how they were part of this criminal stalking network, and most probably the handlers of some of those criminal stalkers in Lahug, and how I’ve been posting on twitter every instance of the abuses I got from those decayed Muslim criminal stalkers in Hippodromo, who might just be these cult fraud Living Way Ministries, too, if it’s the same case as in TreeWoods Residences where they paid someone else to rent the rooms beside me but the ones staying there were criminal stalkers on a shifting schedule, like these cult.
  1. My personal view of loving one’s neighbor – and others – is to do what is right and also not to harm them, which is what they should do to me as well. Although these decayed people (neighbors, cult fraud, and those other people, except the ones who have been close to me in my college dorm) have gossiped about me, they know I do not do such thing, nor did I steal from them, deceive them to get something from them (I did not even borrow from them), or conspired against them or anyone else, which is what all of my enemies from different seasons of my life, have always been guilty of. I stay by the truth and act by the truth, and I don’t fake getting along with others when I don’t trust them and I don’t feel safe with them, but I deal with them in the civil and fair way which they deserve. Because I’ve long been a victim of this gossip community, I don’t judge others by the gossip that other people say about them and only got to remember them when they betrayed me and became my enemies, just like all of these decayed cult fraud and decayed exploitative opportunistic relatives here!

Even now, they repeatedly called me “boang (crazy)” and made me out as crazy to others. I show so much empathy and understanding of others that I get their point, and from there know how there are scarcely any people who are truthful and who aren’t mocking, and who just do what is right without getting the opinion of others. I have never seen anyone calling out to the Lord who has been forsaken, and no matter how much these decayed criminal stalkers mock me “luoy (poor and pitiful)” and this huge – international – criminal stalker network making me out as “boang (crazy)”, it doesn’t change the fact that I’m living by the truth, as I have always been, and they’re all conspiring, scheming, and lying against me, like what they’ve always done before! All of them who have done all of these abuses and crimes will be severely punished in the open and imprisoned so that they can’t harm others anymore nor influence them to do the same scheming, abuses, harassment, corruption, lies and deceit against others anymore! They’re doing all of this as if no one else is watching and they’re free to do all the harassment they could come up with, but every one of this is seen by God, and that was why when I prayed for all of these hackers-stalkers to be removed, they still remained because He planned for them to get imprisoned and severely punished in the open, utterly destroyed, completely burned, and blotted out from under heaven! God is a just and righteous God and He is even angrier than me as He was seeing all of this, and I didn’t even know how long they’ve been doing this until recently – that it’s been more than 3 years – or who they were – and I’ve only come to know some of them while there are still so many of them out there who are yet to be revealed – but God knows all of them and what they’ve been doing since the beginning.

Kidnapped Vermont man likely died after being shot during abduction

Elliot Onil Eastman, 26, from Vermont, was shot twice with an M16 rifle while trying to fight off his four kidnappers, who posed as police officers, in the coastal town of Sibuco in Zamboanga del Norte province, police said.
A massive search for Eastman and his abductors led to the arrest of a number of suspects, but he has not been found. Three suspects were killed in a gunbattle with police in the south last month.
Regional police spokesperson Lt. Col. Ramoncelio Sawan said investigators received information from a relative of one of the suspects that Eastman died due to gunshot wounds in the thigh and abdomen while being taken away by his abductors.
The kidnappers decided to throw his body into the sea after he died, the relative said. The information about Eastman’s death was later corroborated by a key suspect in the kidnapping who was arrested recently, and his sworn statement has been submitted to government prosecutors, Sawan said.
